Binyomin Jacobs

Binyomin Jacobs is a Dutch rabbi, born in 1949, who has been a prominent figure in the Netherlands' Jewish community. He resides in Amersfoort, where he has been actively involved in promoting Judaism. Jacobs' expertise and knowledge in the field of Judaism have earned him a respected position among his peers.

In 2008, Jacobs was appointed Chief Rabbi of the IPOR resort of the Netherlands, a role that encompasses a wide geographical area. Specifically, his jurisdiction includes all municipalities in the Netherlands, with the exception of the major cities of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague. As Chief Rabbi, Jacobs continues to serve and guide the Jewish community in the region, providing spiritual leadership and promoting the values of Judaism.
